Oracal 651 is an adhesive vinyl that has a paper backing that protects the adhesive until it’s removed. It has a permanent adhesive and a glossy finish. The vinyl is often used by all hobby and craft cutters and can be used in many different applications including windows, signs, stencils, car decals, scrapbooking and any permanent applications. Ideal to be used both indoors and outdoors since it is waterproof and weather resistant.
