Oramask® 831 Sandblast is a matte green-dyed, super thick PVC stencil film that has been formulated for a wide range of applications in stonemasonry and artistic sandblasting applications, especially spray and paint techniques. Different types of ORAMASK PVC films are self-adhesive, due to which they are efficiently laid to the surface on which we need to perform painting or sandblasting crafts.
This special-purpose 9 mL thick PVC film is designed for use on cutting plotter systems for a broad range of blasting applications, including glass, plastics, and wood. It features a removable polyacrylate adhesive and a matte finish. The silicone-coated release liner provides excellent weeding properties.

How to Use the Stencil Film 831
Whether you’re new to stenciling or well-experienced, this stencil film is easy-to use from the very start. It is easy to cut and can adhere to many shapes and sizes. The stencil film adhesive is perfect that it will stick to your base coat, but when pulled off it won’t lift the paint or splinter the wood underneath. In comparison to Oracal 631/651, 813 low tack adhesive causes less bleeds then 631 and it’s easier to remove before the paint dries in comparison to 651. Consumers use the film for car striping and it works wonderfully for this application. Many people use it to create wood boards and other decor for their home. NOTE: Surfaces to which the material will be applied must be thoroughly cleaned and free from dust, grease or any other contamination that could affect the adhesion of the material. Freshly lacquered or painted surfaces should be allowed to dry for at least three weeks and to completely cure. The compatibility of the selected lacquers and paints should be tested by the user, prior to application of the material.
