Twinkle heat transfer vinyl is a new SISER glitter product! SISER Twinkle contains embedded flakes that results in a smooth finish. The embedded flakes in Twinkle have reflective properties that cause designs to really shimmer when hit with direct light!

Application Instructions
- 305°F
- 15 seconds
- Peel Warm
- Medium/firm, even pressure
- Cut in reverse
- Adheres to 100% uncoated polyester,100% cotton and all poly/cotton blends
Washing Instructions
- Wait 24 hours before first wash
- machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent
- dry on low dryer setting
- Do not dry clean or bleach
