There is an option at check out as a shipping option now (its here due to a new bill passed and our inability to operate 100% in French for our Quebec Customers). This has lead to it being shown at check out with the Shipping Options, we implemented a picking charge to the Woodstock Pick Up to cover developer fees, this way we are not in violation of Quebec Human Rights by operating solely in English. Changes to an order after fulfillment are subject to a restocking fee of 5%, this refund minus the restocking fee is applied via store credit. Otherwise a restocking fee of 15% for refunds back via the original payment method should the order be cancelled. (pick up fee is non refundable) Currently on hold with the closure of our retail store.
