Siser Sparkle Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) Sisers Sparkle Heat Transfer is a very fashionable alternative to Glitter HTV, both are Siser products. Siser has created this HTV to be soft to the touch, unlike their Glitter HTV that has a rough feel to it. Each sparkle colour includes silver glitter specks that are embedded int eh material so designs have a smooth finish. Sparkle is available in 14 different colours, 10 of which are currently stocked at RQC Supply. Are you looking to layer?  Sparkle can be layered for the ultimate bling.
