Siser Sparkle Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) Sisers Sparkle Heat Transfer is a very fashionable alternative to Glitter HTV, both are Siser products. Siser has created this HTV to be soft to the touch, unlike their Glitter HTV that has a rough feel to it. Each sparkle colour includes silver glitter specks that are embedded int eh material so designs have a smooth finish.
