Cutting Board 8" x 11 " and 12" circle - Sublimation

These tempered glass boards can be used to personalize any home kitchen with your choice of designs. Match your cutting board to your kitchen theme or backsplash for an inspired design. Or add that personalized touch by sublimating a family vacation photo to it. Rubber feet hold the board stable while chopping or cutting foods. This is a tempered glass cutting board so that it can be damaged with knives because of the hardiness of the material. It is suggested not to use this cutting board with excessive chopping as the force of the blade can cause chipping. Adhesive vinyl can be placed on the underside so it's not in contact with food.
Important note: Glass cutting boards can damage knives because of the hardiness of the material; therefore, excessive chopping is not recommended as the force can cause chipping and contamination of food. Glass can become slippery when washed.

Transfer Instructions
Prepare artwork and size transfer according to the size and shape of the product. Make image 1/4” larger for overlap.
Image must NOT be produced in reverse or “mirror image”
Place a rubber or felt pad on the press.
Place the transfer image side up on the rubber or felt pad.
Place the cutting board facing down onto the transfer paper do not tape onto product
Place a sheet of plain white paper on top
Press at 400 degrees F for 4.5-6 minutes using Light pressure or 215C/419F & 240 sec
When pressing is finished carefully remove as item is extremely hot and allow to cool on a clean surface

Transfer Instructions
Prepare artwork and size transfer according to the size and shape of the product.
Image must be produced in reverse or “mirror image”
Place a sheet of plain white paper on the press.
Using heat resistant tape, secure the image with the printed side of transfer facing the product
Lay the printable blank face up on the heat press so that you are pressing onto the transfer.
Cover printable blank with parchment or paper
Press at 290- 400° F sec seconds using Medium pressure
When pressing is finished carefully remove the transfer paper and allow to cool on a clean surface

This Sublimation MSK001A white fabric face cover with black ear loops aka face mask cover. This is a source control mask, not meant for PPE for a health care worker. Has two ear holes and a contoured shape makes the mask versatile for many different face sizes and shapes. Each adult mask is individually bagged and on a card in a plastic wrap, each kid mask is individually wrapped only. Mask is made out of a 2 layer 80% polyester, 20%cotton knitted fabric. Earloop is 95% cotton and 5% spandex.
Adult mask section is approximately 5.12" high x 7.87" wide or 13cmx20cm, 11.81 inches wide including ear loops or 30cm wide including ear loops. A customer of ours created a template to do full-bleed designs on this mask as well as her tips at getting the mask to lay flat to do so download the template from our learning centre post.
The child mask section is approximately 4.33" high x 5.9" wide or 11cmx15cm, 9.85 inches wide including ear loops or 25cm wide including ear loops.
Customers have successfully used a heat press set at 305 for 15-20 secs, 30s is too long we have been told. Updated Nov 19th to reflect another customer that tried those instructions and they were faded, then used 385 for 1 min 30 secs with medium pressure with great results.
Edited August 15th Adult Masks are now 90% Polyester content so they are a different fabric than the kids mask that is 80% polyester/cotton blend. Note: October 15th, 2021 adult masks are sold out and not being restocked.

This pen features an aluminium body and plastic clicker, designed for sublimation purposes but would work with vinyl application as well.
Sublimation InstructionsPreheat Convection Oven to 300 - 320°F for 10-12 min.. For Mug press 350°F for 240 seconds. Heat times may vary +- 20 seconds depending on press type. just putting it in the tumbler holder and rotating a few times during this time frame.Tape transfer to pen with heat tape.Using shrink wrap sleeve:Use a heat gun to shrink the sleeve to the pen.For best results, heat the shrink sleeve on the opposite side of the transfer paper first. Once shrunk, heat the rest of the shrink sleeve against the transfer paper. This ensures a tight, flat shrink sleeve fitting against the transfer paper.Place wrapped pen in the convection oven to heat for After heating, removed pen from oven and let cool. After cooling, remove wrap. Discard shrink wrap (if used) and transfer paper

Transfer Instructions
Wraps are designed for use in regular or convection ovens or industrial conveyor ovens only. Do not use in a microwave oven under any circumstances.
Preheat oven to Bake at 400oF
Dwell Time: 14 minutes for Dog or Cat Bowl
Step 2: Print Your transfer(s) in the normal way. Due to the large circumference of the dog bowl, the template is designed as two separate halves of the bowl. The cat bowl can be done on one continuous piece of transfer paper. Tape transfer(s) to dog or cat bowl. Dampen the entire back side of the transfer with two passes using plain water and a clean sponge. Make sure the entire bowl is covered by paper to insure against ink gassing out onto non image areas.
It is strongly recommend dampening the back of the transfer with plain water using a clean, moist sponge or rag. This softens the paper and keeps it from wrinkling against the slight curvature present in all bowls, thus preventing image voids.
Clip on the wrap and place in oven no closer than three inches from the heating coils. Bake dog and cat bowls at 400 o F for 14 – 18 minutes. Remember do bake in a microwave oven!
When done, immediately remove wrap and bowl from oven. Remove wrap and transfer from bowl. Items are HOT! Remember to use oven mitts or heat gloves. Do not immerse dog or cat bowls in water. They are subject to thermal shock and could crack.
